The Youth Education & Entrepreneurship Program, led by Schneider Electric and supported by the Schneider Electric Foundation, is a global initiative dedicated to equipping youth, prioritizing gender equality, with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities necessary to actively participate and shape an inclusive energy transition. 

 

Operating in over 60 countries, the program surpassed its goal to train 1 million youth in energy management by 2025, combining hands-on learning, technical and vocational education, future-targeted skills and entrepreneurial spirit with systemic advocacy to create a supportive ecosystem and drive long-term impact.
